Mindfulness Meditation can be practiced anywhere at anytime, it excludes nothing and encompasses everything and it will not be at odds with any personal belief systems.

These brief contemplations illustrate my approach to teaching, and to life. Some are more general, some are more personal, and there is one guided meditation for you to try. Please don't expect too much of yourself, training the mind takes time and patience. When a group comes together for a seven-week session [hyperlink], a day or weekend workshop, even for a free introduction and orientation, there is a dynamic of mutual support and sharing that enfolds and encourages us. I hope these short pieces will give you some idea of what to expect and encourage you to participate in one of the programs.
